Risk-Free Chew Confidence Guarantee

We want every dog to love their antler.

If your purchase isn’t the right fit for your dog, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable while making sure you feel confident trying our products.

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Photos help us better understand the situation and recommend the best solution.


Reasonable Use & Abuse Prevention

Our guarantee is designed to give your dog a fair opportunity to try their antler — not to fully consume it.

We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements in cases involving:

  • Excessive use or consumption of the product

  • Repeated claims from the same customer or household

  • Bulk or unusually large orders

  • Clear misuse of the guarantee

Guarantee is limited to one claim per household.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of used antlers.
Instead, eligible issues are handled through our Chew Confidence Guarantee process.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider several business days to post the refund.
